SG-80 Non-melt High Temp Grease

SG-80 Is Non-Melt High Temp, Extreme Pressure, Anti-wear, Multi – Purpose Grease blended with high VI Paraffin Base Stocks, additional with the proven performance of powdered Moly and enhanced with E.P. properties to make the Grease Far Out-Perform from any other high technology Greases in the Market.

APPLICATION:

It is specially formulated for use in all types of heavy duty construction, mining, farming and industrial equipment that are being used in hot, wet or heavily loaded applications especially where operating temperatures is 315 C and for the Lubrication of Kiln Car Wheel Bearings, Furnace Door Hinges, Heat Exchange Motor Bearings, Oven Conveyors Chains and many other High Temperature applications. It is good replacement for Sodium, Calcium and Lithium Based Greases in unsatisfactory high temperature application. It is USDA “H2” Rating, acceptable for meat processing plant, poultry, rabbit, shell egg grading and egg products inspection program.

Incorporated into this blend of high viscosity index 100% paraffin base oils, aluminum complex thickener, selected additives and the polymer base additive system is synthesized Moly and a proprietary solid lubricant. The synthesized Moly and this proprietary solid lubricant acting in synergism with each other plates themselves to the metal surfaces of the bearings. Once plated to the metal surfaces of the bearings, the synthesized Moly and the proprietary solid lubricant form a long lasting solid lubricant film that is capable of withstanding pressures up to 500,000 pounds per square inch, thus giving the metal surfaces of the bearings the protection they need during periods of high speed, high shock loads and extreme pressure.
