MG-265 Thread Cutting Clear Oil is transparent premium quality multipurpose chlorine free Oil. It is formulated from high quality base stocks and a combination of passive and extreme package specially developed for cutting oils. It can be used as machine lube, cutting oil in machine tools such as CNC & automatic screw machines.

APPLICATION:

This Oil is multipurpose, cutting oil for turning, milling, reaming, drilling, deep drilling, shaping, cutting & broaching of a wide variety of metals. Used with various alloys of aluminum, copper, brass, and magnesium. It is excellent in tapping and external threading of cast iron and alloys of copper & magnesium. Also used in hobbling & gun drilling of high machineability carbon steels and other alloys. Widely used in grinding of wide variety of metals & automatic screw machining in NC/CNC machining centers.
