FG-170 is USDA H 1 authorized very light pneumatic oil specially designed for food Processing air tool, lubricators.
Its meet the ultimate requirement of pneumatic oil, rust and corrosion inhibiting, it fortified with unique food grade additives, yet never decline corrosion inhibiting capability, and protect parts against moisture and acid.
Its contain an emulsifying properties that causes the oil to combine with water to prevent water from wetting metal surface and displacing lubricant. It provides continuous lubrication even under the water contamination.
It Is carefully blended with selective food grade Anti-Wear chemicals additives, which provide excellent extreme pressure properties to protect air operated tools from seizure, help to extend air equipment (like: air gun, cylinder, air pump etc) life span, and protect the moving part.
It has high viscosity index, resist from oxidized, keep equipment clean, no gumming or deposits left over.
